Victorian mourning ring in 15ct gold, fully hallmarked for Birmingham (maker's mark JP, anchor, date letter a — circa 1875). A marquise carved agate cameo flower between two pearls, over engraved shoulders; the band is pierced in scroll compartments holding woven hair — a keepsake of the person it memorialised, still intact. Size 8.25.
